Ok ppl, holiday season is here ;D 4 me anyway! Next week according to the long range weather forecast, should be a nice few days, dry at least. So I was thinking of a Poole nite, as in Poole quay Dorset, so put ur inflatables back. I'll be going down for a day trip see some of the family etc, so going tobe in Poole from about lunch time on wards. Poole Quay bike nite starts about 18.00 onward, the police organize this event, so watch out for the cameras. I'll not be taking my NTV, as it's rebuild is not quite finished yet, so it'll be the Hornet for me , so if any like to meet up and have a chat drop me a message and I'll sort a contact number out. My Route will be: Join M4 @ J28 (11.00am) Leave @ J17 Chippingham (11.40) @ Chippingham pick up the A350 all the way to Poole. (13.30) Times depending on traffic flow etc

You might want to drop a PM to RJ2Para - he lives a few miles from Poole and pops down to the Quay from time to time. I think he is away this week, but may be able to receive a PM. I'm within a medium ride of Poole, but sadly, next week is very difficult, so regrets, I won't be there.

Great to meet andy. Top bloke.
Oh boy what a night.
Bikes everywhere must have been over 1500 bikes down there tonight. The Quay the road to and Baiter overflow carpark were stuffed solid.
Andy came down on the Hornet, which looks as good as in the photo's, he was second bike on the Quay. I got there at 6:10 and only just found a place.
Squeesed the old girl between a BMW GS and a Planter.
Shame it clashed with Popham it would have been a good place for a larger meetup. Next year.

TY Rj,
It was gr8 to see you at Poole, very pleasant evening, loads of gr8 bikes.
I had pole position on the grid lol just had too stand and admire the bikes as they came past, Rj was the only Revere that I managed to spot.
Would recommend a Poole nite for anyone that has never been before. (like me)
Rj gr8 to meet u @ last, topman!
Left @ about 20.15 done a lap of Honor before leaving quay all the way too Baiter point, 1500 may have been a under estimate Rj, closer too 2000 @ 20.15 and they where still coming in.
Left Poole @ 20.30 arrived home 23.20
Gr8 run back picked up 14 other bikes on-route, stuck with them til shaftstbury, one by one they peeled off, by the time I got too Melksham I rode alone.

I popped into poole quay about 2 months ago, seemed to be full of "wannabee's and possers", i was the only NTV and the only rat as well, made for a fun night watching people figure out what she was. Wouldnt go again, only did it as i was in the area. odie

It is a bit like that, but as a point to meet its not bad.
I have been down a couple of times now and have never seen another Revere. Their loss.
Have you posted a pic of your bike, as I would like to start a new Gallery thread?

Nothing worse than a bad experience Haven't managed a Poole Night yet - but plan to do so If it's only about poseurs and posturing, I won't be staying long, but as I'll be making a point of running into the "Bisto Kid" while I'm down there, I truly expect to have a worthwhile evening.
Perhaps Odie could give it one more time and meet up with Bisto and I?

If i am down that way again on a tuesday night maybe, but its a long way from derby.(200 miles) Did the return journey in 2 1/2 hours!!! ;D Did like the marshaling though very good idea shutting the road off to all but bikes, nice touch, perhaps other bike nights could do the same.
