Joined the forum earlier this evening to ask for assistance with the Revere fuel tap, but thought I'd drop in and give the specs on my bike. Started life as an '89 Hawk GT, and I have spent the last few years modifying it. Here's a list of mods:
-Penske 8900 rear shock sprung for my 135lbs
-Braided brake lines lines
-Honda CB-1 lower right fork leg, Gold Valve Emulators, Progressive springs, Fork seals and bushings, 12.5W oil
-HawkGTForum.com member Gino's custom chain roller
-Tyga rear sets and rear brake reservoir delete
-Woodcraft Clip-ons, CRG 2" bar end mirrors
-Aztec 5.75" single headlight and brackets with flush turn signals
-Brazilian Honda Titan tail light and side plastics. Side plastics have been sectioned in length to fit better.
-Fabian Tappendorf (from Germany) fiberglass CB-1 front fender. Fender and tail painted with Black Cherry Mica paint.
-Revere fuel tank, factory blue paint (for now)
-Custom made subframe and a 2007/2008 zx6 saddle; seat has had the ears pulled in using heat and clamps to better fit the lines of the tank
-Shorai LiFePO battery
-Stock exhaust pipes shortened ~50mm, collector and short midpipe from JD Hord, and a Supertrapp 8" can with 10 discs
-Mikuni vacuum fuel pump mounted on rear valve cover using WW/Restorations mount
-Thermae radiator, 185*F thermostatic fan switch, manual override fan switch
-Swingarm mount license plate
-JD Hord built 700 motor, 153x1 cams, valve job, gasket surface mill on the heads and porting, Unipod air filters, jetted carbs. (Dyno 65hp)
-Ducati 748 wheels
-Duc eccentric in a sleeve to fit the Hawk swingarm, Duc spindle, cush and axle; 520 chain conversion with a 17T front sprocket
-Custom captive spacers to fit the front wheel to a Hawk spindle; Yana Shiki floating rotors and CBR600F3 calipers/master cylinder
-Speedhut GPS speedometer and temp gauges (52mm each) mounted in a custom cluster with LED indicator lights
-Ignitech programmable ECU for timing advance
-Forum member NT696's custom delrin frame sliders
