just looked at the haynes manual by the look its a cylinder off job but i would tri to take off 1 clip and see if you have a nuff room to get the O ring off to replace them there is 1 on each cylinder hope this helps

looks very awkward to get in to replace ,how bads is leak.. myself would try coolant sealer first something like rad weld. there are lots of these around try and get good quality. what do other gurus think. cheers the slug.

It's a bit fiddly, but quite straightforward to replace the O-rings. Remove the two spring clips. Use slip-joint (waterpump) pliers to (twist and) slide the metal pipe to one side. It will be stiff at first! Take out old O-ring and fit new one. Slide metal pipe to other side, and replace the other O-ring. Re-centre metal pipe and re-fit spring clips. Top up coolant to replace that lost. Honda specify the O-rings as 28x2.6 mm I used 28x3 from a local motor factor. Cost pence. Still satisfactory three years on.
