well, what with the 600 revere having cast handlebars, i was having a bit of fun figuring how to mount the 'handlebar mounted' satnav case i bought then i had an idea ;D take a length of aluminium bar (i had some 22mm stuff left over from a previous job) i got mine here : www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Aluminium-Round-Bar-Rod-22mm-dia-x-approx-300mm-long-/220907087154?pt=UK_BOI_Metalworking_Milling_Welding_Metalworking_Supplies_ET&hash=item336f16a532 for about £6 delivered. measure the distance between the top inner edge of the bars, then cut the Aluminium bar to that length. next, chamfer the edges of the ali bar, to match the profile of the cast handlebars. do this till the ali bar fits snugly in between the cast handlebars. next, with the ali bar in place, drill a 4mm hole through the handlebar, into the ali bar. do the same for the other side. remove the ali bar, and tap the holes in it using a 5mm tap. replace the ali bar between the cast handlebars, and insert to M5 bolts of your choice ( i used allen socket bolts) next attach whatever accesories you like ;D if anyone needs any more detail i'll happily take more pics etc.

Yes, very neat job. I use it as well, but I get mine from the local DIY-store. GvS
