Looks and sounds great. You have done a bang up job there. Really suprised she fired straight away.
Would have thought you would have to crank her for a while to get fuel through.
dont forget to balance the carbs before you ride her. They will probably be way out after all the fettling you have done.

not much to update, been working all over easter, and have my kids at the moment (school holidays, wife working. it's good fun really, but they are a bit mental, especially on easter eggs ;D ) well, the wing mirrors arrived. a bit on the small side, but they fit the bill: then i trial fitted the red pegs. fronts fit, but the pillion ones will need some fettling first..... then, just for the hell of it, i chucked the luggage on loosely to see how it looked: thats all for now test on monday ;D

that seat is AWESOME! Would look good with the strap further forward if you can move it? a bit nearer the rider but thats freakin great!! Any chance I could see how it looks on my bike on the camp in september? Im seriously considering having a seat done like that. Literally, Im blown away, did it only cost £30 in the end? really polishes the bike off nicely, she's a beaut, you have done a fantastic job on her! now get practising your figure of eights for Monday The test was surprisingly fine, you have loads of room on the long turn, and the slalom as a matter of fact, you can take as much space as you need so dont worry about going too wide. Then, all you need is a life saver before you pull away (most centres seem to like both shoulders all the time) The only other worthwhile tip is that I have seen a few people fail for not really blatantly obviously looking around before moving the bike out of the 'parking space' at the beginning, you have to imagine you're in a car park so make sure you over do looking around to make sure it's clear just to be on the safe side. Sure you'll nail it, and dayum what a good looking bike! by the way, the filler nut arrived and its spot on I shouldnt get so excited over a nut but it looks so much better ha, so thank you very much, enjoyed putting that on the bike this morning!
