Ok, who is going to Beaulieu? I know GvS will be there, and I will do my best to be there too (so far it looks great, no other plans and enough money...)
So the list would be: 1. GvS 2. rj2para 3. Jaz66 4. Buzzin (me!) 5. McF? 6. ??
Also: just curious...I can't find anywhere that it's possible to camp onsite. What are the details on that? (I know that doesn't mean anything, popham didn't advertise it either)

It's not possible to camp onsite. I sent them a mail asking this and got the following reply: Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we cannot offer camping on our grounds for this event. Please contact the local Tourism Information centre on 01590 689000. They will be able to assist you in finding a local campsite with availability on that date.
Kind regards,
Abbie
Assistant Events ManagerI have had a look at suitable campings in the area and came up with this: Roundhill Caravan Park and Campsite (motorbikes on separate field | no showers) According to www.londonbikers.com it’s the only campsite in the new forest that will accept motorbikes. Beaulieu Road, Brockenhurst, Hampshire, SO42 7QL Telephone: 01590 624344 / 01313 146505 E-mail: roundhill.site@hotmail.co.uk GPS / SatNav information: Lat/long. 50.821,-1.535 / OS grid ref. 328025.

I just had a look....the campsites Hollands Wood and Ashurst should accept bikes (their terms and conditions explicitly mention car or motorcycle) Either is close to a pub, but Hollands Wood requires that you book a minimum of two nights..... So is Ashurst an idea? (it's a whopping 8.7 mile drive away....) At least they will have showers The current list is: 1. GvS 2. rj2para 3. Jaz66 4. Buzzin (me!) 5. McF! 6. who will join us?
