OK, second attempt: I normally only use the "quick reply" option. And you haven't got the "insert photo" button there. See how this works

No worries, glad i could help. Once you know the tag names, you can type them in manually in 'quick reply'.

Just trying quick reply (never used it...!) Ah great success......... ;D ------------------------------------------------------------------- EDITED 1/feb Just to clarify, i went to the beauty post and clicked on buzzins pic. Just means you can do this to any pic without it being in your photobucket album, when browsing web and you see a pic you'd like to post, simply right click and use the method below... Don't know if this what anyone else did.....o, But I copied image url lh6.ggpht.com/_5tSqlNqZcPM/SDLmHDiAG3E/AAAAAAAAASc/ZKm39s_a9V8/s144-c/Blaat.jpgtyped in [.img.] then [,/, img, ] to make [*img] [/img] then put link in between them like this [*img]http://lh6.ggpht.com/_5tSqlNqZcPM/SDLmHDiAG3E/AAAAAAAAASc/ZKm39s_a9V8/s144-c/Blaat.jpg[/img] Ignore * just so you can see post properly ;D

If you are looking at a photobucket page you can also copy the image line that includes tags and past that straight in I agree with Jaz nice one wellspattered

Now that I know that I have to attach the file extension, I can also change my avatar (see on the left: that's me !)

Nice one Franklin I link to a photobucket album too and get the option for a thumbnail which is the option I tend to use, like this I right click on the contents of the box, copy and then paste the link into my post. the pasted text looks like this, I have replaced the "[" with "{" and "]" with "}" so that you can see how it appears {URL=http://s215.photobucket.com/albums/cc33/McF530001/Motorbikes/Honda%20NTV/?action=view¤t=Photobucket.jpg}{IMG}http://i215.photobucket.com/albums/cc33/McF530001/Motorbikes/Honda%20NTV/th_Photobucket.jpg{/IMG}{/URL}

i've just logged out (normally remain logged in "forever") to see where the "quick reply" is, but I can't find it.
I was going to test the thumbnail approach with quick reply, but clearly can't at the minute!

I have now also switched to thumbnail but needed to turn on this option.
Hover your mouse over a picture int the main Photobucket view and when the links appear below the image mouve your mouse down and click on link options, ticking the thumbnail option box.
Next time you hover over the image you will see the IMG Thumb code option.
