I am in a dilemma because after serial (440 **** / '93 & type P) is 20 kW. At 20kW maximum design speed is 145km / h but I went faster than that (180) => restriction was removed. Possible 100%. I want to buy an NTV, for parts. Then replace the line and check to: 1. CDI 2. Camshafts.

The CDI and camshaft were never changed to restrict the bike, those should be standard. The only difference in HorsePower or kW is cause by a slight tweak on the air intake and exhaust system over the years. There are three types: 50 HP, 47 HP and 45 HP (I believe), but all are exactly the same engine (when you talk about the 650). So all NTV's will do roughly around 175 to 190 Km/h...(110/120 Mph) eh...when original and unrestricted. That's as far as original NTV's (and Revere's) are concerned. If the bike was changed by someone other then Honda....that I don't know about But feel free to experiment....just let us know and take pictures
