Being late is fine we have only been running since January and have lots of active members. Nice fairing, are you planning to ride naked or have you other custom plans in mind? Do you have a bike collection? nuff with the 20 questions just pull up a chair mate and join the club. Roger P.S. good luck with the sale.

Thanks for the welcome guys, I'm initially planning to ride the bike naked but may look at a flyscreen in the future (the bike is for fun, I have a car for the slog to work etc). As to a price I'm not really sure, I was thinking around £100 but that is probably too high, I'd like to move it on as it'll only gather dust in the garage if I don't and I'm sure someone would actually use it.
I had a CBR 125 since taking my CBT in May but sold that on passing my test so no bike collection (the excuses to the wife for getting 1 bike were tough enough).

We always do try to say "hi" and encourage everyone to contribute. You only get out of the forum what you put in, so lot's of contributions are always welcome. Don't be shy - we aren't! Lots of folk use the Givi screens to good effect You may be surprised. £100 isn't a bad starting point, if somebody wants a fairing, they can often go for more than that, but at this time of year, you might find fewer people wanting to buy. My usual discussion with The General is She asks "why do you need so many bikes, you can only ride one at a time?" My response these days is generally only brief - "handbags, shall we continue the discussion?" We've got members all over with little meet ups happening from time to time, I can't recall immediately if there are many in the Leicester area. Presume you will be limited to the immediate area for now, or will you get a leave pass for a longer run, or possibly even bring your own General along? 19,000 miles sounds good (barely run in). We like to think that we've got a good range of experience dealing with the odd problems that you may face, so use your search when you need help, or just post in.

if i had to ride knekkid i'd need a fairing and a very large scalf Ilegal ..Mmh ...maybe in the summer months, But I'm sure with the oncoming colder weather, one of those Poundstretchers "one size fits all" gloves would be sufficient and would save you getting the flapping scarf wrapped around your chain.......... ;D ;D McF writes Too true M8. We always say Hi, but after that its down to people to post in or not. Some lurk and never post (But if everyone did the same what would they read while lurking..??) But some like yourself , take that step and follow up with that vital second post that tells us .. ..You are alive AND have conscious thoughts that you can verbalise People like you MAKE this forum with your posts, questions and banter So ask away to your hearts content. Posts are ALWAYS welcome, and although Leicester may not be the centre of ride out activity, I am sure at least one of the ride outs next year will be local enough for you to get to.. So Until then.. ride safe post often & enjoy the forum

As far as I was told the new owner has an NTV and is based somewhere near Basingstoke.
